Partners in Pediatrics – Minnetonka Clinic is now open!

The Plymouth Clinic has relocated to the Children’s Minnesota Specialty Center in Minnetonka, at 6060 Clearwater Drive. Beginning September 9, our new clinic name is Children’s Minnesota Partners in Pediatrics – Minnetonka Clinic. In addition to primary care, patients will be able to access a variety of specialty services at one convenient location.

Walk-in Ready Care and same-day appointments

Walk-in Ready Care is available Monday – Friday from 8 to 11:30 a.m. at the Minnetonka Clinic.

Same-day appointments for sick visits are available when possible. Please contact the clinic to find out about same-day appointments.

Mobile flu shot clinics

Get your child’s flu shot at an upcoming Cub Pharmacy mobile clinic! Dates are available at several Partners in Pediatrics locations in September and October. Children’s Minnesota is partnering with UCare, Children’s Health Network and Cub Pharmacy to provide this service. Appointments are required. Get details on flu clinic dates and locations.


Policy update: transitioning to adult heath care

Children’s Minnesota and Partners in Pediatrics primary care clinics are no longer accepting new patients aged 18+. Existing patients will need to transition to adult care by age 22. We encourage you to consult your clinician for transitioning assistance. Go here for additional information. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
